If you are buying to live in, start here. Type C is a true dual-key “butterfly” home: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two master bedrooms and two balconies, arranged so the home lives far bigger than its 1,321 sq ft suggests.
The butterfly configuration places the bedrooms on opposite wings of the unit, with the living and dining at the centre. The result: larger, well-separated rooms and genuine acoustic and visual privacy between zones — space you can feel, not just square footage on paper.

The 3+1 configuration gives you three bedrooms plus a flexible utility/maid room, well suited to smaller families, couples planning ahead, or investors who want a right-sized, easy-to-let unit at the most accessible price point (SPA from RM825,000).
Type D and D1 are the 1,518 sq ft 4+1-bedroom, 4-bathroom flagship layouts — the largest in the development and the most in-demand for bigger families. With four full bedrooms plus a utility room, four bathrooms, and the most generous living and dining space, Type D suits households that want maximum room and the best facing options (SPA from RM1,103,000).

With only eight units per floor, each level offers a mix of Taman Desa View and KL City View facings. Corner and end units enjoy extra natural light and cross-ventilation.
