- Booking — pay the reservation fee to secure your unit.
- SPA signing — sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement; legal fees are absorbed as per the current package.
- Loan documentation — complete the loan agreement with your chosen bank.
- Progress & VP — pay by the standard progressive schedule through to vacant possession (May 2029).
