The smallest is the Type A ‘The Nest’ at 580 sq ft — an efficient 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with one car park, from RM298,000 (SPA). It’s the most affordable way into the development.
The Type C ‘The Canopy’ (811 sq ft, 3-bedroom) is the park-facing layout, with a balcony oriented toward the Alam Damai Recreation Park. Park-facing stacks are limited — ask about current availability.
The 3-bedroom Type B and Type C each come with 2 car parks, while the 2-bedroom Type A comes with 1 car park. Final allocation is confirmed at booking.
