There are five main layouts. Four are three-bedroom homes and one is a two-bedroom. Types A, B and C face the Kuala Lumpur city side, and Types D and E face Cheras. Prices rise with floor level.

Availability and prices are from the sales chart as at 6 October 2026 and change as units are booked. “SPA price from” is the lowest-priced unit still open in that layout. The view from a unit depends on its floor and stack, so check the actual unit.
Every layout has a balcony, a kitchen and a yard on the floor plan. Type D also shows a study area. A small number of other unit types, including two penthouse-level homes, are available on request.
Because the building is completed, you can walk through actual units and stand on the balcony before you commit, instead of judging from a show unit. Units are handed over bare, ready for your own renovation.
