Build & handover

Progress payments follow the build; vacant possession is targeted for July 2031.

Financing is pre-arranged across a 10-bank panel — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, UOB, OCBC, Affin, Alliance, AmBank and MBSB — so you can compare margins and rates. We can introduce you to the bankers currently offering the strongest terms.
